Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

  3. Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup. In case a pickup is not available, the customer must ship the item back.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are applicable for size and defective product issues.
  • If an exchange is not available, a refund or store credit will be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, socks, masks, and hygiene-related products.
  • Used or damaged items due to customer handling.

Refund Processing

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be provided as store credit or transferred to your bank account after verification.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
