Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for returns.
Return Process

Provide Details: Share your order ID, product details, and reason for return.
Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup. In case a pickup is not available, the customer must ship the item back.
Inspection & Refund: After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are applicable for size and defective product issues.
If an exchange is not available, a refund or store credit will be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, socks, masks, and hygiene-related products.
Used or damaged items due to customer handling.
Refund Processing
Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be provided as store credit or transferred to your bank account after verification.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
